All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days unless they are marked FINAL SALE, items over 20% discount, promotional freebies, or are gift cards.

Are returns or exchanges free?
Yes. You must purchase “Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection” at checkout starting at $2.49, and you will receive FREE returns and exchanges, and your package will be protected if loss or stolen in transit.

Only U.S. orders and returnable items are eligible for “Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection”. Items marked as Final Sale, items over a 20% discount, promotional freebies, or gift card are not eligible.
Note: We are not able to retroactively add “Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection” after an order is placed.
If you did not purchase this protection, you can still return your items, but an $7.95 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
How many times can I return or exchange my order?
If you purchased “Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection” at checkout starting, you have unlimited free returns and exchanges. You can make as many exchanges as needed to achieve your perfect fit.
If you did not purchase this protection, you can still return or exchange your items, but an $7.95 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your return or exchange. We only allow 1 return or exchange per order. This means you can return or exchange as many items from your order but can only enter the return or exchange process once. If you have already made a return or exchange on an order, you cannot make another exchange or return --- We do NOT allow returns or exchanges on exchanged items.
What are the options for exchanging?
When you go through our returns portal you will see we have three options.
- “Exchange for same item”
- “Exchange for a new color/size”
- “Exchange for a new product or get a refund”.
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
Yes! This is our "exchange for a new product or get a refund" option in our returns portal, which can be found here.
If the exchange product costs less than the original product, you will receive your remaining balance on a gift card that will be emailed to you.
If the exchange products costs more than the original product, you will receive an invoice to your email to pay the remaining balance.
When will I receive my exchange order?
Exchange orders will be shipped once your return is in transit to us. Please allow 5-9 business days for your exchange order to arrive.
Can I schedule a pickup for my return or exchange?
If you had purchased “Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection”, you have the option to schedule a pickup for an extra fee of $6 – 10 depending on your address. You may schedule a pickup in the returns portal and leave the package outside your door for Fedex to pick up on the scheduled day.
How (and how soon) will I receive my store credit or refund?
If you clicked “Submit return” in our returns portal, you will receive a store credit instantly via a gift card to your email.
If you want a refund to your original payment method, you must ship out the return package. If the return tracking number shows that it has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 7 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for the credit to show in your account.
Do you accept international returns?
Yes. You must pay for your own shipping label and mail in your return to the below address. Include a printout of the original email confirmation in the package.

Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. You will be given a refund or store credit for the merchandise but not for duties, taxes, or tariffs.
Do you accept international exchanges?
No. If you wish to exchange the size/color of the item, you must simply return the order you received and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Do I have to return the whole order?
No, you can choose which items you want to keep and which items you want to return.
How long do I have to return my items?
Returns must be made within 14 days of your order being delivered.
What if my order was wrong, damaged, or defective?
Go to the Returns portal and select “Exchange for same item” and select return reason “Item is damaged”. You will be prompted to attach a picture of the wrong, damaged, or defective item.
If the item(s) is a non-returnable item because it is Final Sale or over a 20% discount, please email hello@dippindaisys.com with your order # and pictures of the wrong, damaged, defective items.
What if my return was rejected?
Your return may have been rejected for various reasons such as the item(s) was worn or soiled or you returned an item that was final sale. In these cases, your item(s) will be donated.
How do returns work if I used ShopPay?
You must start your return through our return portal. After your return is processed by our warehouse team, you will be refunded from ShopPay. If you have any installments remaining, those will be cancelled and you will not have to make any more payments.
My cart only includes Package Protection. Why does it not include Free Returns or Exchanges?
The items in your cart are not eligible for “Free Returns or Exchanges” because the items are Final Sale or over a 20% discount.
