*We offer Returns and Exchanges*

Other information:

  • Refunds for returns are only processed once the tracking confirms that the package has arrived at our facility (see tracking number on your return label)
  • Online purchases of qualifying products may be returned within 21 days of the order being fulfilled
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Products must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached
  • All products that are marked FINAL SALE or are over 20% discount cannot be returned
  • Return shipping labels are only available for returns made in the US; there is a deducted cost of $8 from your return for this label, but there is no out of pocket cost to you
  • We allow free exchanges but only one exchange per order; this means you can exchange as many items from your order as you want but may only enter the exchange process once
  • Express Returns have a different return process (please see FAQ)

Which products can be returned?
All products may be returned unless they are marked FINAL SALE or are over 20% discount.

How do I make a return?
We offer easy returns. Click here to get started.

What are the options for exchanging?
When you go through our returns portal you will see we have three options. “Exchange for a new size” allows you to exchange the item you purchased for a different size. “Exchange for another products” allows you to exchange the item you purchased for a different product. Our other option is a normal return in which you will simply receive a refund for the item you are returning.

Are returns free?
We do deduct the cost of the shipping label, $8, to return your items from your total refund, but there will be no further out of pocket cost to you. 

What is the Express Return Policy?

To get started we will need to know your order number and the items you are choosing to return, so please email us at hello@dippindaisys.com. From this you will need to go to your local shipping facility and purchase a shipping label addressed to:

Return Requirements:
- include a print out of your order confirmation in your return package
- email us your tracking number after shipping out your return

Once we receive your return please allow 8-10 days for processing your refund to your original form of payment.


What if I received the wrong item?
Send an email to hello@dippindaisys.com and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
 
What if the item was damaged?
Send an email including pictures of the damaged item(s) to hello@dippindaisys.com and we’ll get it sorted out for you. 
 
How do returns work if I used AfterPay?
Process your return through our online return portal here. After your return is processed by our warehouse team, you will be refunded from AfterPay. If you have any installments remaining with AfterPay, those will be cancelled and you will not have to make any more payments. 
 
Am I eligible for returns/exchanges?
All products may be returned or exchanged unless they are marked FINAL SALE, are over 20% discount, or otherwise noted in a sale or promotions terms and conditions. If you need to return or exchange, please go through our returns portal.
 
How long do I have to return my items?
Returns must be made within 21 days of your order being fulfilled.
 
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
Yes! This is our "exchange for another product" option in our returns portal, which can be found here. If the exchange product costs less than the original product, you will receive your remaining balance on a gift card.

How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?
Once a return is received at our warehouse, it takes about 2-3 days to process. After it is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show in your account.

When will I receive my exchange order?
Exchange orders will be shipped once your return is in transit to us. Please allow 5-9 days for your exchange order to arrive.
 
Do you refund shipping fees?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable. 
 
Do I have to return the whole order?
No, you can choose which items you want to keep and which items you want to return. 

Where do I send my return? 
When you process your return online, our address will show on the pre-paid return label, all you have to do is print it out. If you choose to mail in your return separately, you may send it to:

Have you received my return yet?
If you processed your return on our online portal, you should have received a tracking number for your package. If the tracking number shows that it has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for processing and 5-10 business days for the credit to show in your account.
 
What if my return was rejected?
Your return may have been rejected for various reasons, such as: the product was worn or soiled, or you returned an item that was final sale. In these cases, your item will ship back to your original shipping address. 
 
Do you accept international returns?
Orders shipped internationally must pay for all return shipping costs and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. International orders returned to us will be given a refund for the merchandise but not for duties, taxes or tariffs.
