Note the tracking number on your return label. Returns are only processed once the tracking confirms that the package has arrived at our facility.

Online purchases of qualifying products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.

All products that are marked FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Prepaid return shipping labels are only available for returns made in the US. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.

What if I received the wrong item?

What if the item was damaged?
Send an email including pictures of the damaged item(s) to and we’ll get it sorted out for you. 
How do returns work if I used AfterPay?
Process your return through our online return portal here. After your return is processed by our warehouse team, you will be refunded from AfterPay. If you have any installments remaining with AfterPay, those will be cancelled and you will not have to make any more payments.

Am I eligible for returns/exchanges?
All products may be returned or exchanged unless they are marked FINAL SALE, or otherwise noted in a sale or promotions terms and conditions. If you need to return or exchange, please go through our returns portal.
How long do I have to return my items?
Returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Exchanges can be made through our returns portal here. We offer exchanges on all products unless the product is marked Final Sale or otherwise noted in a sale or promotions terms and conditions.
How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?
Once a return is received at our warehouse, it takes about 2-3 days to process. After it is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show in your account.  
Do you refund shipping fees?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Do I have to return the whole order?
No, you can choose which items you want to keep and which items you want to return. 

Where do I send my return? 
When you process your return online, our address will show on the pre-paid return label, all you have to do is print it out. If you choose to mail in your return separately, you may send it to:

Have you received my return yet?
If you processed your return on our online portal, you should have received a USPS tracking number for your package. If the tracking number shows that it has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for the credit to show in your account.
What if my return was rejected?
Your return may have been rejected for various reasons, such as: the product was worn or soiled, or you returned an item that was final sale. In these cases, your item will ship back to your original shipping address. 
Do you accept international returns?
Orders shipped internationally must pay for all return shipping costs and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. International orders returned to us will be given a refund for the merchandise but not for duties, taxes or tariffs.
