Bust

At the fullest point of your bust, measure your chest using a measuring tape that is slightly relaxed. For the best results, do not wear a padded bra while you do this.

Waist

Do a slight bend to find the natural indentation of your waist. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist starting and ending at this point. Keep a finger between your waist and the tape - this will give you a comfortable, accurate fit.

Hips

Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground. Wrap it around the fullest point of the hips and buttocks. It will be approximately 7-9' below the waist.

I tried on both the small and medium top for size comparison (I am normally a medium in general). I have an athletic build and I am 5'6'' and 135lb with a smaller chest. I stuck with the small top as the medium really only gave me more room in the straps. I love this top and I have the Bisou bottoms to match. I get tons of compliments on the suit!

I am around 125lbs and 5’5”. I would say I am a relatively smaller, athletic build. I wear a 36C bra and was able to fit into the medium comfortably. I often have issues with the band being too big when I buy medium bikini tops, but the smallest adjustment fit perfectly. I personally felt secure in the top and I didn’t have to worry about underboob or slipping out. That might differ depending on your build/cup size, but if you’re similar to my build/size, this should fit you comfortably:) the quality is also great!
