Material is way too thin

I got these in South Pacific -- love the color and the fit, they're very comfortable. But I immediately noticed that although they are lined, so there's two layers of fabric throughout, the fabric is extremely thin and shows the texture of EVERYTHING underneath -- ie, if you have anything that is not perfectly smooth skin, you will be able to see it. Highly annoying!! I would return but unfortunately bought these final sale.

I got these to replace a style that I didn’t think was flattering on me. But these I think run small, they dig into my hips a lot. And all the other M bottoms I bought fit perfectly. I would love to just size up but unfortunately it says I can’t do another exchange even though I payed full price so I guess I’m stuck with them.
