LOVED this suit! Fun open back moment to make the piece **** while covering my stomach. Also perfect as a tank top with jeans! The material is so soft I couldn’t believe it. Love it!
It’s so silky smooth! The low back and cheeky fit are exactly what I wanted. It’s not really for swimming in though. The straps fall down with too much arm movement.
I am normally a L on bottom and a medium/large on top so I order an XL and L because bathing suits are tighter sometimes and ended up feeling the best in the large! Return for the XL was easy and went through smoothly.
I was so excited to get this because my other go to one piece from this company is black, so I liked that this color and fabric texture was different. I’m a size 8 on top and 10 on the bottom, and I will say I could have gone with a medium and the back portion would have been more form fitting. I got a large which I’ll keep since the medium is sold out. I really love how this suit is slightly smoothing and the low back is a fun detail. If I could I’d exchange for a medium to have a more secure fit, but I’m not really bothered by it. I wouldn’t recommend this suit for intense swimming, but it’ll be very cute to wear around the beach this summer. The color is also more deep in person which I really like.
I ordered the Lydia One Piece in black in both a L and XL. I prefer the L because it gives more support and the straps stay on better. If in between sizes, I suggest going down. For reference, I typically wear a size 8/10 depending on the style, and am 36DD. Sizing at retailers like Target and old navy, I typically wear a Medium. The material is incredibly soft and smoothing, which is why I keep coming back to Dippin Daisys!
Size Recommendations by Bra Size
At the fullest point of your bust, measure your chest using a measuring tape that is slightly relaxed. For the best results, do not wear a padded bra while you do this.
Do a slight bend to find the natural indentation of your waist. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist starting and ending at this point. Keep a finger between your waist and the tape - this will give you a comfortable, accurate fit.
Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground. Wrap it around the fullest point of the hips and buttocks. It will be approximately 7-9 inches below the waist.
