Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping in the U.S. and Canada on all orders $100+ USD or CAD (after discounts before taxes are applied.)
How much is standard shipping for orders less than $100?
U.S. standard shipping = $7.95 (+$1.00 for crewnecks or ponchos) for order amounts $0 - $99.99.
How much and how long does it take to ship my order?
U.S. standard shipping (5-9 business days) = $7.95 under $100 or FREE over $100
U.S. expedited shipping* (2-3 business days) = $14.95
U.S. overnight shipping* (1-2 business days) = $34.95
*Orders must be submitted before 12:00pm PST Monday - Friday

Do you refund shipping fees?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

Where long does it take to get my preorder item?
Note: Preorder item(s) will be shipped from the "available from" date specified on the product page. Preorder item(s) will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
What is Package Protection?
When you add Package Protection starting $0.51 at checkout, we will ensure your order gets reshipped if your order ends up stolen, lost, or damaged in transit.

What is a “stolen” order?
If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, you must email hello@dippindaisys.com with subject line “Order Number – Package Protection” within 30 calendar days. Even though tracking is marked “delivered” and you still have not received the package, please allow 5 calendar days for the carrier to deliver the package as tracking updates are not always accurate. We ask that you first look around your home or apartment and ask around if anyone has seen your package.
What is a “lost” order?
If your order is never reported as “delivered” and 7 days have passed since the last tracking status for domestic shipments, and 20 day for international shipments (including Canada), you must email hello@dippindaisys.com with subject line “Order Number – Package Protection” within 30 calendar days from the last update/estimated delivery date.
What is a “damaged” order?
If your order is damaged in transit, you must email hello@dippindaisys.com with subject line “Order Number – Package Protection” within 30 calendar days from when it was marked “delivered”. Emails for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s).
What is not covered in Package Protection?
We will not consider a package “lost” if a shipping carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an invalid or undeliverable address, an unexpected delivery barrier, or if the customer refuses a delivery. In these instances, the carrier may return the package to our warehouse (“return to sender”), and you must email hello@dippindaisys.com to resolve the issue.
