Which products can be returned?

All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days unless they are marked FINAL SALE, items over 36% discount, promotional freebies, or gift cards. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.

EXCHANGE ONLY items may be exchanged for a different size or for store credit.

For full-price items, customers can purchase Unlimited Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection at checkout.

Only U.S. orders and returnable items are eligible for Unlimited Free Returns or Exchanges. Items marked as Final Sale, over 36% discount, promotional freebies, or gift cards are not eligible.

If Package Protection Was Not Purchased

Returns and exchanges are still accepted; however, a $9 return label fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

Only one return or exchange request is permitted per order.

We offer free returns (not exchanges) for customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia when Package Protection is purchased at checkout.

European Union Countries

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
