Scam

I added these pants to my cart, as a promo was constantly popping up everytime I clicked on an item for a “free coverup.” Later, I realized I was charged $40 for these pants. Customer service still has yet to reply.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience regarding the promotional offer for a free coverup. We take customer satisfaction seriously and would like to assist you in resolving this issue. One of our customer service agents has reached out to you via email. Please check your emails from hello@dippindaisys.com.

Charged for “Free” Item

These pants popped up as a free item while I was shopping so I added them to my cart, as I was expecting them to be free. After I received my package I noticed that I had been charged for this item. I have emailed the company four times, reached out over instagram and even included a note inside of my return. I have yet to hear back and this review is my last resort to get some sort of response about the situation. It has been 15 days since the first time I reached out and still nothing.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion regarding the free item offer for the That Girl Pant. One of our customer service agents has email you to help you further in this matter. Kindly check your emails from hello@dippindaisys.com.
