Please size up!!

I ordered a size XS based off their sizing chart (also my typical size) and they were way too tight so I exchanged for a small and they were still too tight. Their policy is only one exchange per order so I had to message them and they reactivated my portal but then it wouldn't let me exchange for the same item and print? They ended up giving me a gift card for the item price, but I then had to pay another $12 in tax and shipping.
Overall a lot of work to get a size I can actually wear when I ordered based off of the sizing chart they made (why have one if it is not accurate at all??)
They also don't feel as nice of quality compared to other bikinis I have at the same price point.
They get three stars because the print and the detail at the top are cute and I'll definitely wear it, but I'm really unhappy with ordering from the brand in general
