Inconsistent sizing

I love these bottoms but really wish the sizing was consistent. I know that different fabrics stretch differently but I have all the same fabric bottoms in different colors and they vary. Frustrating because there is no free shipping or returns. However, I have not had this same issue with the Zen tops.

I typically wear medium bottoms. I have bought bottoms on here that have run big so I originally bought a small. Definitly dont do that, I had to repurchase the Medium which now fits perfectly. Great fit, comfy, covers enough to make me feel comfortable in public
