It has underwire but no cups which i like as a member of the itty bitty community. The fabric is light but has great coverage and the bows are super cute. This is definitely a piece that needs to be hand washed but if you take care of it I can tell it’s going to last a while.

I’m a 34D and i originally ordered this in a medium and did not fit so i sized up to the large and it still just does not hold the girls. If you have a flatter chest you are set but even if you’re a large B or C don’t bother
