Very cute but quality feels off

the pattern is stunning! Like the previous reviewer said, the second ruffle towards the bottom of the skirt felt smaller than the waist so it bubbled out in a weird way. Additionally felt it was too middle school-ish to wear in my 20s. Really wanted to love it but had to return.

was so excited about this lil skirt but the second ruffle was actually smaller than the waistband ? it fit so awkwardly and did not flow out as pictured at all. The material was super light and almost see through so it wouldโ€™ve only truly worked as a cover up. very disappointing:(
