I didn't know what kind of sparkly it was, and it is glitter. It got everywhere upon opening and handwashing separately is a definite must. I hung it up over a trash bag to dry & even after washing, just touching the fabric causes a glitter shower. I haven't worn it yet other than trying it on and I'm hoping not all the glitter will fall off. (GOOD PART) Fits really nice tho and looks suuuuper hot!
