Disappointed in customer service

Beware, it runs very big!! I ordered this item in a medium. Dippin daisys bottoms are always a little loose on my booty. So the day I got the item, I tried it on, realized it was way too big, and immediately went to exchange the item. After filling out the return information I was told they would get back to me after reviewing the information. I have been waiting for over a week now and still haven't heard back! I really like the bathing suit and I just want the size small!

We're sorry for the trouble you had with the exchange process. We reviewed your exchange request and it appears that it could not go through due to the incorrect phone number format. We have now corrected it and sent you the return label. Your exchange order should be automatically processed once the original item is in transit to us. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at hello@dippindaisys.com if you need further assistance.

Completely see through

Ohhhhh.....wow, disappointed with this one. Don't buy unless you want everyone to see exactly what's under your bikini as it's completely see through -- Not buying another white swimsuit from here.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the Always Tie String Bikini Bottom, and we apologize that it didn't meet your expectations. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at hello@dippindaisys.com if you require further assistance.
