Love but a Small is very snug for 34C

I bought 5 different bathing suites, which i love them all. I am definitely small but medium in my boob area. The size small is too small for my ****, but perfect everywhere else. I am 5'7" 125lbs. I wear a 34C bra.

Body Type: Athletic, Petite

Just. awful.

The photos of the suit very much look as though there is chest/torso coverage, with some butt coverage. It simply does not translate to a real body. If I pull it up to cover my **** then it rides up my butt crack. If I pull it down to cover my butt then my **** are half out. I am only 5'2" have a VERY short, almost nonexistent torso so I know that this is not a "too tall" issue. The suit is SO awful, and now I am freaking stuck with it because it was final sale at 40 dollars, which is not necessarily cheap for a one piece btw.
