When you add Package Protection starting $0.51 at checkout, we will ensure your order gets reshipped if your order ends up stolen, lost, or damaged in transit.

Preorders are advance purchases for products not currently in stock but scheduled for future shipment. If your order includes both available and preorder items, the available items will be shipped first, and the preorder item will be shipped once it arrives at the warehouse or on the date stated on the product page.
Preorder items are identified by a preorder badge on the product page, along with the expected shipping date.

Returns & Exchanges
All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days unless they are marked FINAL SALE, items over 20% discount, promotional freebies, or are gift cards. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached.

Yes. You must purchase “Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection” at checkout starting at $2.49, and you will receive FREE returns and exchanges, and your package will be protected if loss or stolen in transit.
If you purchased “Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection” at checkout starting, you have unlimited free returns and exchanges. You can make as many exchanges as needed to achieve your perfect fit.
If you did not purchase this protection, you can still return or exchange your items, but an $9 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your return or exchange. We only allow 1 return or exchange per order.
This means you can return or exchange as many items from your order but can only enter the return or exchange process once. If you have already made a return or exchange on an order, you cannot make another exchange or return --- We do NOT allow returns or exchanges on exchanged items.
Yes! This is our "exchange for a new product or get a refund" option in our returns portal, which can be found here. If the exchange product costs less than the original product, you will receive your remaining balance on a gift card that will be emailed to you. If the exchange products costs more than the original product, you will receive an invoice to your email to pay the remaining balance.
Exchange orders will be shipped once your return is in transit to us. Please allow 5-9 business days for your exchange order to arrive.
We stand by the quality of our swimwear, which is made in our family-owned factory.
We offer a 6-month warranty on all items against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect, we will replace it at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage such as tears, rips, or snags caused by regular use. If you received it in that way, please refer to our 14-day return policy.

To ensure the longest life for your Dippin' Daisy's suit, we suggest hand-washing it since machine cycles can be rough and snag the ties and fabric. If you wash your suit in a machine, please make sure to run it on a delicate setting and hang dry your suit.

To redeem your CashBack, please follow these simple steps:
1. After your qualifying purchase, check your inbox — we’ll send you an email with everything you need to redeem your reward.
2. Fill out the quick redemption form linked in the email.
3. Pick your reward: a virtual Visa card you can use anywhere, or a Dippin’ Daisys gift card for your next swimwear haul.
4. Sit back and enjoy — your chosen reward will be on its way!
We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is often a holding period that corresponds with our return and refund window. Our holding period is 30 days. Once this has passed, you will be able to use your CashBack!
Once you confirm your selection—Visa prepaid card or DD gift card—we will promptly provide you with the details of your gift card after the 30 day holding period.
You’ll get to pick between a Dippin’ Daisys gift card or a Visa prepaid card you can use almost anywhere. Here’s how they work:
Dippin’ Daisys Gift Card
Use your gift card at checkout on our site. On the payment page, look for the field that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”, enter your code, and hit Apply.
Note: Gift cards can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts on the same order.
Visa Prepaid Card
Shop anywhere online that accepts Visa (which is pretty much everywhere!). Just enter your card details at checkout like you would with a regular credit or debit card.
CashBacks can be suspended for a number of reasons. Here are the most common ones:
Refunds/ExchangesIf you have received a refund, the CashBack will automatically be suspended. If our system recognizes a full refund to your original order, we will suspend the CashBack and thus this additional credit won't be received.
Coupon CodesIf you check out with CashBack and a coupon code in your cart, our system will automatically suspend the CashBack so you can't receive two promotions on a single order.
Gifts with PurchaseIf you check out with CashBack and a free gift with purchase in your cart, our system will automatically suspend the CashBack so you can't receive two promotions on a single order.
Non-USD OrdersCurrently, we only support orders placed in USD. Since we can't issue CashBack on non-USD orders, these CashBacks will be suspended.
Once you select a gift card, we will promptly send you an email containing all the details about your gift card CashBack. We understand that emails can sometimes get lost or misplaced. If you are unable to locate the email please reach out to our support team at hello@dippindaisys.com.
After selecting a virtual Visa CashBack, we will send you an email containing a link to access the details of your card, including your balance and statement.
Your card is like any other Visa debit card and may be refused due to several reasons. If your virtual Visa card is declined, please follow these steps:
