Very oddly shaped shirt

The cinch line in the middle pulls it up so that it does not hang down like a shirt should. Maybe it would work with really big ****? Will not work for anyone who is petite - I am hoping the elastic will relax eventually because the fabric is soft and nice. I have to tuck it into a sports bra to keep it down, but still it comes out and up constantly.
