Bust

Hips

Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground. Wrap it around the fullest point of the hips and buttocks. It will be approximately 7-9' below the waist.

cute but not my favorite

This was cute, but just wasn't quite 'it' for me. I wanted something cute I could just throw on over a bathing suit as a cover up, but this had a weird elastic stretchy part along the very top so it made it tight across my chest, and a zipper down the side under my arm. The zipper annoyed me the most because it made the dress kind of "bubble" up and down the dress and stick out in weird places, and the top part of the zipper poked into my arm and annoyed me after trying it on for 20 seconds, no way I could wear it for a whole beach day. I wanted to like this because it was so cute, but I immediately returned.
